POLICIES
We accept most major credit cards either credit or debit and Paypal or you can call 406-549-7003 to order.
Credit Card billing and shipping address must match.
We also accept Paypal to macsgems@aol.com
We accept Western Union.
Shipping
All items will be shipped through the US Mail First Class and will be insured.
We use the U.S. Postal Service for all shipping. First Class shipping is free on all items worldwide.
Free First Class Shipping in the U.S. usually takes 3-5 days, but can take longer.
In the U.S. Priority Shipping is $10.00 and usually takes 2-3 days.
In the U.S. Express Shipping is $25.00 and usually takes 1-2 days.
International Orders
International orders are shipped free through the U.S. Postal Service and First class International can take from 2-4 weeks. Insurance is included on all orders that allow jewelry to be insured. Insurance to the United Kingdom is not available and we are not responsible for packages that do not arrive there.
Priority International shipping is $40.00 and takes about 2 weeks.
Express Mail International is $70.00 and takes about a week.
Please be aware if your country has a handling charge, any taxes or customs fees. I have no control over these charges once I ship.
Orders using a credit card must have the same shipping address as credit card billing address.
I must be able to verify the credit card address and CVC #. If this is not possible, money must be sent through Western Union.
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days. Merchandise must be received by us in the same condition as it was received by you. Refunds are for purchase price minus 5% restocking fee which will be refunded on your next order. There is no restocking fee on exchanges. If you order more than one item and only make a partial return, there is no restocking fee.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS or rings that have been sized.
